Attend an Admission Event: Epiphany School has several events catered to giving prospective families a chance to familiarize themselves with the School.
Complete and submit the Application materials by Thursday, January 17, 2008. Parents are responsible for ensuring that all forms and fees are received or postmarked to Epiphany School by the January 17 application deadline.

Financial Aid: Indicate on the application that you are seeking financial aid and we will mail you a financial aid packet. Submit all required financial aid materials to Epiphany School as well as to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) by February 7, 2008.
Parent Interview: Upon receipt of the application materials, the Director of Admission will contact you to set up a time for a short meeting.
Observation and Assessment:
An important element to the admission process is the student visit to Epiphany School. During this visit, members of the Admission Committee as well as the classroom teacher gain important social as well as academic information through formal academic assessment and informal observation.
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Applicants: Once your child's application information has been submitted, the Director of Admission will contact you with more details about this visit.
1st through 5th Grade Applicants: Once all the application material has been received, your child will spend a full school day with his/her current class. This visit will include an academic assessment, observation by the classroom teacher and an informal interview with the Assistant Head of School.
Notification Letters: All letters of acceptance, wait-pool or denial will be mailed Thursday, March 20, 2008.
Admission Response Deadline: All acceptance of enrollment contracts as well as a non-refundable deposit must be signed and submitted to Epiphany School by Thursday, April 2, 2008.
