Step by Step: the Application Process
Epiphany School is one of the many Seattle-area schools that uses Ravenna for online inquiry and application. Through Ravenna you will be able to register for our Small-Group Online Q&A sessions (happening throughout the fall and winter), RSVP for our Virtual Open House and panel discussion on November 19, and complete the core application and supplemental forms (including teacher evaluation and parent/guardian statements).
Epiphany School’s online application process opens each year in late August. At that time, you can begin submitting your application materials. The application deadline is January 14, 2021. Be sure to have the initial application, parent/guardian statement, and teacher evaluations in by this date.
Epiphany School is committed to making financial assistance available to families for whom the cost of tuition would be a barrier to attendance. We have a needs-blind admission process, meaning that admission decisions are made independent of the financial aid award process. Create an account in Ravenna Hub, search for Epiphany School, and select either “explore” or “apply” to register for a Small Group Online Q&A Session (required for all applicants). These online sessions are led by our Director of Enrollment Management and Admission, Greg Jones, with assistance from key administrators, current parents, and Fifth Grade student ambassadors. Prior to the online session, please explore our campus virtually, meet our teachers and students via our video gallery, and explore our program on our Virtual Admissions Hub. During the live Q&A, you will have a chance to ask all your questions.
You can also register to attend our annual Open House, held online on November 19, 2020 at 7 pm. Learn more about Open House here and RSVP via your Ravenna account. If you cannot attend Open House live, we will post a recording on this page shortly afterwards.

The application process consists of the following elements, all completed via your Ravenna Hub account:
Log in to your Ravenna account, search for Epiphany School, and click “Apply.”
Fill out the core application and submit along with the application fee (you can request a fee waiver by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org).
Register for a Small Group Online Q&A Session.
Select a parent/guardian interview time and student assessment visit.
Submit supplemental materials (parent/guardian questionnaire, teacher evaluation/s)—note these are common forms shared among multiple schools; you only need to request them once and they will be electronically submitted to the schools that you have applied to through Ravenna.
OPTIONAL: Attend Virtual Open House on November 19. Register through Ravenna.
